yesterday afternoon Felicia and I decided to have BBQ

*not decided la...planned already 1*

because there was 1 box of instant BBQ box left since last time

we know the sky was going to rain

the Met Office told us

but we insist on having it!!!

hahaha

therefore, we took a big umbrella

to protect our BBQ box fire

*supported by a bench, tali, and 4 clips*

and another umbrella

to protect our head

*didn't take a picture...aiks*

*and very hard to draw it out...lazy...xD*

one thing I can say is

THANK YOU FELICIA

xD

she was the one who staying outside and cooked the foods for me

*because the rain getting heavier*

and I nicely sitting standing walking inside the house with the bathrobe

*feel cold...grgrgr*

we cooked our left over foods

got salmon, hotdog, chicken breast meat and sausages

the salmon chilli sauce we made was superb!!!

learnt from Uncle Wong

and changed a bit

since we got limited ingredients

*The ingredient of the Sauce*

1. Thai sweet chilli sauce

2. Shallot

3. Tamarind (add water)

4. Chilli paste

Cut cut cut then kacau kacau kacau then campur then kacau again

talaaa...nice!!!

very special experience la I feel

hahaha

but it will be better if there is a proper roof for us

:D
